How can I return the product?


Return the product you purchased with its box/package/label unopened.

together with the invoice (contact us if you lose the invoice),

You can return it with the cargo company we have a contract with.


What is your return policy?

You can return the product within 15 days after it reaches you.

You can send the product "free of charge" with our contracted cargo company.



Will I pay the return shipping costs?

When you make a return with the cargo company we have an agreement with, the shipping is free.


When will I be refunded for the product or products I returned or canceled?

After the product is delivered to us, it is delivered to the necessary unit and its compliance with the return conditions is checked.

If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is completed within 2-10 days.

Products that do not comply with the return conditions will be sent back to your address.


When your return is completed, an information e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered in the system.


The refund of the product price to your card depends on your bank's rules. While payments made by credit cards can be reflected in the account within a few days, the refund period for debit cards may take longer.


Payments you make via money transfer will be sent to the same account within 2 business days after the refund process is completed.



Can I return products whose 15-day return period has expired?

According to the distance sales contract, the return period for products purchased via internet/mobile is 15 days. This period starts on the day you receive your cargo.
